Consumer Appointment Scheduling

As we are pressed to do ever more with less, good organization is vital to keeping up with the work load. Scheduling appointments is no different, especially as more people are involved in in a case.  TCM keeps up with you every step of the way, allowing appointments to be scheduled and kept track without having to leave the system.

The Clinical Manager™ has sophisticated scheduling features that include setting up appointments for individuals and groups and for viewing and reporting schedules in a variety of ways. Staff schedule templates are user-defined by day of the week to determine staff availability.


Appointments are linked to programs and can include both site and location information.  A sophisticated reporting system can report on appointment disposition, consumer reception log, staff scheduling, and other data.  TCM will also report on scheduling conflicts and can be set to provide scheduling alerts.
